About Atlanta Demolition

Mission Statement

It is our mission to provide a full range of demolition, abatement, remediation, decommissioning, deconstruction, site and utility services for a broad spectrum of multi-family, commercial, institutional and public redevelopment. We aim to provide every client with safe, innovative, cost-effective and environmentally sound solutions while fostering a culture of excellence and a highly skilled workforce. We are committed to a customer-focused philosophy and driven by an expert senior management team.

Atlanta Demolition was founded in 2002 and is now one of the area’s most sought-after demolition and abatement service providers. Since its inception, the company has provided private and public sector clients of all sizes with safe, high-quality abatement, demolition, site remediation and site redevelopment services. We have consistently met or exceeded clients’ scheduling and cost performance goals while ensuring strict compliance with all reporting requirements and applicable health and safety regulations.

In 2004, our innovative approach to asset recovery and recycling as both environmentally sound and profitable helped to quickly establish the company as the most forward-thinking demolition contractor in the Southeast region. This strategic shift from landfill waste disposal to a “reduce, reuse, recycle” philosophy was made possible by the founders’ extensive expertise with regulatory requirements and environmental law. We shifted our focus from private development to public projects in late 2007 as economic growth slowed across the private sector. We then reorganized our corporate structure in 2009 through outside investors to better position ourselves for future growth. Since then we have streamlined processes and increased efficiency to provide our customers with the finest possible service at the best possible price.

Our culture of service and excellence has generated many repeat clients including:
