• Structural Demolition and Equipment Dismantling - Atlanta Demolition has extensive experience in all aspects and sizes of structural demolition and the dismantling of industrial equipment. The Company is a member of the National Demolition Association, and we design and perform all of our services to meet the time and cost needs of our clients, while maintaining minimal impacts to the community, the environment and the ongoing operations surrounding our project area.

• Material Recycling - Atlanta Demolition is well known for the ability to identify and recycle on-site materials for reintroduction into the project or for resale. The recycling and materials recovery background of our management has resulted in numerous strategies for the recycling of on-site concrete, aggregates, metals, electrical wiring and other building materials. In certain projects with environmentally conscious clients, we have recycled and reused in excess of 70% of all demolition debris.

• Environmental Remediation and Abatement - The environmental background of Atlanta Demo's management adds the capability to perform the remediation and abatement aspects of larger demolition projects. Atlanta Demo has successfully abated numerous commercial and industrial facilities and coordinated the demolition and abatement activities to provide clients with seamless and cost effective completion of their projects.

• Site Development - As part of an effort to provide clients with a turn key solution to their site development needs, Atlanta Demolition has the ability to use its fleet of company owned equipment to provide earth moving and attendant site preparation for clients.

• Additional Capabilities - Although not part of the services specifically "for hire", with every engagement, Atlanta Demo's clients receive the benefit of management's background in construction management and environmental law. This background has proven valuable to clients in circumstances where regulatory and environmental issues arise that were not originally anticipated in the project specifications.
